Very pleased with the treatment I had today. Sophie did exactly what I asked for. It was such a warm and relaxing experience. Sophie was lovely, talking to me throughout and explaining everything that she was doing.

Always a superb treatment in secret garden, I've been going there on and off for years, the girls are lovely and are always attentive to your needs.Today I had a 55 minute relaxing massage with Jade, it was fabulous.Thank you Jade.

Leah has a very calming aura about her which fits in perfectly at The Secret Garden of Beauty.She is respectful of my wishes and appears to understand my needs. I like the input she gives me when we discuss stresses on different parts of the body, Leah comes over as knowledgeable which gives me confidence in her ability. A big thankyouLynn

I had the most wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Jade. She relieved all of the tension I was carrying, I didn’t want it to end. I highly recommend the Secret Garden, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s an amazing experience from start to finish . After many years of visiting you, you never disappoint. Carys was amazing as always. The best intimate waxer I've ever been to, and I've been to a few. She always makes me feel so at ease and makes sure the treatment is as quick and painless as possible. I would never go to anyone else. 5 star service every time.

Disappointing customer service since the take over. Tried to charge me £25 (50%) of an appointment they cancelled. Needless to say I will not be returning.In reply to your your response. I clearly stated on the phone that I myself was well and only tested due to having been in contact with a COVID positive friend. You will be aware that there is a lot of COVID circulating currently with no legal requirement to test or stay at home. Most COVID positive people are currently asymptomatic carriers. Therefore your staff will be seeing people with covid on a daily basis without knowing. If you have good hygiene practices there should be no risk of passing this on to other clients. Staff coming in direct contact with me were at risk but again with protective clothing this is greatly minimised. As it was stated to me on the phone you do not have any policies regarding COVID and it was down to the individual beautician. Ultimately it was HER making the decision not to continue with the appointment. I am not upset that the appointment was cancelled. I am upset that through trying to protect your staff and business you continued to charge me the cancellation fee. I was happy to attend. I hope you can understand my point of view.

Had an amazing reflexology session with Jade yesterday. Was incredibly relaxing. Jade is so lovely and professional throughout. She explained everything as she went along and shared any areas of concern. Overall a fabulous experience…would recommend.

Such a lovely welcoming place, feels like home when you walk in and all the staff are so lovely. Just had a pregnancy massage with Jade, who was so attentive and made sure I was always comfortable. The massage was brilliant, and so relaxing, I almost fell asleep a few times! Will definitely be coming back, thank you!
