Good GP's , however phone service needs to be improved with a waiting system as getting though to doctors can take a long time and unfair for those who have been trying since the line was open

Great Sugery, Staff and Doctors. I think the performance of this Surgery, the skills of the Doctors and Nurses, the helpfulness and warmth of admin is excellent considering the strain the NHS is under these days. Fave Doctor? Has to be Dr. Pomeroy!

Booked in to see the Dentist with HUGE pain that my own Dentist had not been able to sort out. One x-ray and a bit of intense picking sorted my agony! Many thanks to the professionals and the reception staff were lovely. All on a Sunday. Good old NHS!

How can u you call it a medical center for you te the receptionist about your problems then repeat your self to a so called doctor who either has to google or research your problems??????I'VE v BEEN n WAITING FOR A EPI PEN FOR A WEEK AND MY ALLERGY TABLETS FOR A MONTH!NOT A HAPPY PATIENT

I dont even wanna give them a star I was told from doctor to book an appointment and have been calling for 2 months now for an appointment every day they are fully booked !!! First of all they don’t answer from 8 till 8:30 I was calling and on the website says they are open 8:30 as soon I called at 8:30 they picked and said sorry we are fully booked ?? They asked me to go to pharmacy and when I went to pharmacy they said they can’t do anything I need to see the doctorHate this surgery

Only been with st David's a few months i am still in ore with there superb patient care all staff from receptionist nurse doctors are extremely polite pleasant and professional o am certainly not an easy patient but they always go extra mile or hundred miles to help they really are fabulous they make you feel better by just visiting there bedside manner is something not many can equal i have numerous problems but they certainly know how to help so very very lovely professional practice plenty other practices could improve by visiting and tacking notes thank you

Absolutely shocking!! The wait is awful and they have 1 doctors on at a time!! Sat for over an hour with a really poorly 8 year old ! Will definitely be changing my practice
