Je ne sais pas par où commencer... Literie horrible qui devait être très vielle, chambres pas très propres, pas de volets alors que notre fenêtre donne sur un lampadaire, des rideaux mais cassés pour la plupart. Notre chambre était à côté de la salle de bain et sous les toilettes et les machines à laver. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit car des voisins indélicats ont fait tourner des machines à minuit et 5h du matin... Aucune isolation on entendait tout. À fuir !

La limpieza era mediocre. La cocina estaba en buen estado pero faltaría quitar de allí la lavadora de la propia pensión o tirar cosas que la gente dejo allí, tuve que tirar cosas de la nevera.El sitio es tranquilo, pero fatalmente indicado, si no es por una vecina aun lo busco.La atención que me dieron, telefónica porque solo había una china fue casi como si me perdonaran la vida.Aceptable si quieres ir a lo más barato.

Honestly don't recommend - food is warmed in a microwave and the owner don't even try to hide it, the ring of the bell is very loud. Moreover, the portions are very small, my roasted beef" slices were so thin

Hardly any parking. Door was unlocked when we got here and the code dorneoom was already put in. Paint flaked off as soon as we opened the door. The door didnt lock when we wanted to go out. Didnt know it was a shared bathroom with no towels or soap in it. Tiny room. All the rooms look so much better in photos and they advertise it to look like it has a private bathroom but it doesnt. TV signal kept going. Floor above is creaky so you can hear whoever walking around. Walls are thin so you can hear literally everything. Bed sheets havent even been ironed just washed if even that and thrown onto the duvet. Room is tiny. All the photos you see are false advertisement. You cant get through to hotel staff. Neighbours outwith the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful.

Do you want to feel like a student that has just left home for the first time? then come here! It's not really a hotel or a BnB it's just a housing estate, the sheets were stained and we didn't even have a bathroom to ourselves it was shared with the whole downstairs area. For £60 a night it's completely not worth it. Also how are there stains on the curtains just not worth it. However owner was helpful and that is the only reason this is 2 stars not 1

Please don't go, it's a disgusting place. Once you have booked they tell you the exact direction (named in Google maps like the Oaks, not Woodgrove city rooms). It is an old house very noisy and quite dirty; mugs were not cleaned, bed sheets had someone else's hairs (they probably were not cleaned), and the bathtub had mould. Our room was probably the noisiest as we were downstairs under the kitchen so this did not help. You cannot complain as no one is there (check in done by phone).

Cozy and comfortable rooms in Inverness, in quiet block near a few malls and 3 min drive to city center, 10 min drive to Loch Ness lake

Low cleness standard. But good price.

Looks lovely in photos, floors creaked, bath had black mould round taps, cups were left dirty in our room.

It was a room with a lock on the door nothing else. Not at all what was advertised
