Bardney Hall

This venue isn’t well signed off the main road, there is also a one way system in place which we got wrong due to lack of signage from the main road. If you’re coming from the Hull direction the first entrance you come across for the hall is the exit, go to the second entrance which is the entrance.Once inside the grounds there is parking by driving straight ahead under some trees, I would suggest reverse parking at an angle to make it easier when you want to leave.The grounds are stunning with beautiful grassed gardens, bushes, flowers and a hot tub also available. We were here for a wedding reception, they had our garden games out on the lawns.The outdoor seating areas are very good, inside the place is expansive with a smaller function room at one end near the toilets. This houses a table football and a table tennis table.The main house has a larger function room where we had our reception. There is also a foyer area leading to another smaller function room and then a bar. Wifi is available should you need it, the password is behind the bar.All the decor throughout the venue are very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing on the eye.The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and very efficient.There are rooms here as well, some of the guests were staying the night, they had booked breakfast for the morning.Based on this experience I would definitely recommend you consider the place for your function, we had an excellent time and loved it.

Bardney Hall is a beautiful Georgian House situated just over the Humber Bridge 20 minutes from Hull City Centre, fantastic customer service from Claire and her team which mostly includes her family including Granny who is a character! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a venue to host their wedding or function. Personal touch from start to finish

After months of sheilding I was desperate to see another 4 walls but anxious too, but I needn't have worried. With only 4 rooms and oodles of space there's room to distance, its very clean, the breakfast room has been reconfigured for distancing but I had breakfast outside in the warm sun listening to the bells of the local church. Claire was so lovely and I really appreciated the care and attention in making my stay a safe and pleasant one. Rooms are stunning and comfortable, I had a great solid sleep!

Such a beautiful historic building and grounds. I felt Hannah and Claire did everything possible to help give us our dream wedding day. I would thoroughly recommend Bardney Hall to anyone else.

A special place for special people, because that's how you will feel with the character and decoration of the house as well as the well kept surrounding gardens. As well as being looked after by the truly welcoming and friendly staff who try and serve all your wishes. Worthy of a visit for a wedding or for that special occasion or get together.

Where do I start reviewing this wedding venue? Outstanding from beginning to end. Its a stones throw from Hull and can cater for large weddings for small intimate affairs. It's a real hidden gem.The gardens are stunning and spacious with beautiful fairyights. Lots of places for wedding photos.Rooms are regal spacious and elegant, especially the bridal suite (very Bridgerton!!!) The beds are like soft marshmallows you are literally floating on cloudsFor Claire & Hannah, nothing is too much trouble. Gluten free and alcohol free dietary requirements catered for. I was amazed by their co-ordination with our entertainments guy Phil, ushering guests to the right area at the right time so they didn't miss any of the fun.Their catering staff work tirelessly in the background making sure ours guests needs were attended to refilling bread and water during our wedding breakfast without being asked.All our guests have commented with regards the bar manager complimenting him on his sense of humour and friendliness.We had continental breakfast on the wedding morning with a friendly greeting, wedding breakfast 3 courses., evening buffet and cooked breakfast the next day. All hot, delicious and severed quickly. Fab food!!!!!!All in all, our wedding felt effortless and relaxed in stunning surroundings and we couldn't have wished for a better day, it was just perfect in every way. Shame we can't do. It all again next week. Thank you to everyone who works at Bardney Hall you're fabulous!!

I have had the wonderful opportunity to photograph numerous weddings at this venue, and each time has been an absolute joy! Claire and Hannah, the amazing individuals behind the scenes, consistently go out of their way to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both couples and photographers.Their warm hospitality and genuine care create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel like coming home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond make my job as a photographer easier!I can't wait to photograph here many more times!

A fantastic venue for a perfect wedding. Amazing grounds that lend themselves for some perfect wedding photographs. It's a real gem. The food was excellent and first class service. The friendly staff go the extra mile to cater for everyone and make it an extra special personal touch. Best wedding I have been to.
