We contacted James to help us resolve some issues with a portable PC and a desk top. These included virus and malware problems and ultimately, as it transpired, a hard drive failure. He has done a great job in both repairing/resolving and advising a change of virus protection software and for me, a second screen which is making my life much easier. Really great job - definitely recommend James. The dogs liked him too.

I had a fault with my MacBook, James responded quickly and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Great to know someone local who can do this instead of having to go to the Apple Store!

I can highly recommend the service i received from James @ NightOwl.IT.Having struggled with reinstalling the operating system on my imac, despite the best attempts of Apple over the phone, within two days James had collected my machine, replaced my hard drive, and to a higher than original spec, reinstalled the operating system and had it back on my desk up and running better than the original.James even installed an internal heat sensor to increase the machines efficiency.Great service and will certainly be using again for any further home computing needs.
