Attended this restaurant with the family and was impressed with service to begin with.Next on to the food:Nawaabi tapas - this was really nice and all the food items were cooked perfectly and very flavourful.Butter chicken - this was the star of the show and all the family loved this and this goes great with the peshwari naanLamb Karahi - this was also really nice and the meat was very tender and rich with flavour without being overpowered by spice.Fish tawa - This was average and would have preferred if cooked with a fish such as cod or haddock.Peshwari naan - this was amazing and went perfectly with the butter chicken. Highly recommended.Naan - this was also great

Loved the idea of a sit-down Buffet, which had a set menu. The food was brought to us as we required, so there was less wastage of food as well. The food was spot on from the starters to the main, not too spicy and just right.

Disgraceful. We ordered a takeaway via Just Eat at 7pm. It was meant to arrive by 8pm. We tried ringing several times at 8:30pm. No answer. It was my dads birthday and we’re we’re looking forward to a quiet family night in. Absolutely ruined our night.

I've been here nt once but twice to celebrate birthdays. The customer service was on point, and the food was perfect with great prices. You can't fault them.

Attended with family for dinner, a group of 9 people.Booked table for 7:30 pm.When got there the head waiter said “please wait we are on Pakistan time here”.Waited 15-20 min before we were seated.Head waiter took the starters order and disappeared.We then had to ask for drinks menu, he just picked one up from another table and just put it in the middle of the table with 9 people sat on it to share between.Ordered drinks and starters came. Which were mix grill platers. Pretty much all were overcooked, hard and chewy.Then, one by one, only the bottled drinks came but the Mock-tails and Jug of Lassi, that was ordered at the same time, was no where to be found.Starters finished and then remaining drinks came. Excuse for delay was that the drinks were made it fresh. How long does it take to put Pineapple juice in water with ice? Cause that’s what it was at the end instead of a “Virgin Bombay Colada”Then we had to call the head waiter again to get the order for mains. As he never took the order.We then sat just having drinks and waiting for our mains.Mains also came in dribs and drabs. One of the dishes was “Tawa Gosht” which mean meat on a hot pan but what came was just bones and was not very pleasing to look at all.Another dish ordered was “Nirali Murgh” which was no where to be seen. When asked about it, was told that it was getting made fresh. When it finally arrived, it was cold and when opened the lid, the lid had onion peels stick to it as if it was dropped into the bin and then placed back on the food.That was the last straw that put everyone off their food.You know it’s the worst customer service ever when you speak to the “Owner/Manager Saeed” and he turns around and says “If you don’t like it then don’t come again” “you can’t blackmail me just because I have other customers in the restaurant”I mean really? Is this how customer complaints are dealt with?The suggested resolution by the Owner/Manger was “the total bill comes to £150.00 you can pay £100.00 as you’ve eaten most of the food.One word “speechless” to describe the feeling at the time.The head waiter “Shafiq” had a constant Smirk on his face.Service was poor, food was below standard and the utensils were dirty.We just paid the full amount and walked out. Will never go there again and none of our friends or families will either.

Lovely restaurant. Went on a Tuesday evening with friends. The place was quiet, but early midweek is what we expected. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had different curries all beautiful and piping hot. Would recommend

Disappointed! My first and last time going here.Understaffed and microwaved food just barely edible. the only things that felt fresh were the poppadoms and the coke (both externally sourced).There were multiple complaints from other customers at the same time, not sure if they were just having a bad day or if it was a standard.

Would not recommend, the attitude of the staff when we came to pay was appalling just because we wanted to pay separately. Absolute money wasters & disgusting attitudes on some of you. Need to start practicing how to smile also. Do not come here if you want to pay separately to others as the staff here have some weird issue with it. Also the woman there pretends that the coffee machine doesn’t work when it clearly does as another member of staff asked us if we wanted some smhhhh.

Fabulous food and service.. Able to meet special dietary needs and we're friendly and hospitable. Previously experienced food to takeaway and we were not disappointed with our first dine in. You guys are great. Well done and see you again soon.

Ordered delivery and was blown away with how good it was. Really authentic flavours. Also amazing value for money. Will be returning.
