A simply brilliant company! I contacted Goodstart Jones earlier this year as unfortunately I had a serious problem with a very large bag which I use to transport heavy musical equipment. The wheels and underside of the bag needed completely replacing and it knew it would be a really difficult job. Paul and Anson were the only people I could find who were willing to take this very tricky and arduous task on and their service, communications, friendliness and professionalism has been wonderful. Best of all, the quality of their workmanship speaks for itself and I have to say I am really impressed. If I could rate higher than 5* I would. Many thanks again gents.
