I’m a professional singer and have been having voice problems for many months. I’d reached a state where I was becoming afraid to even open my mouth for fear of what my voice was doing that day. She gave me exercises to focus on, relaxation techniques, and strongly suggested I get a stroboscopy.Three weeks later and my voice is back. My confidence has returned and Rebecca is working with me to rebuild my stamina.Career saving! Amazing! Worth every penny!

What I love about Rebecca’s singing lessons is that she genuinely cares, whatever ability you have. Her emphasis for me has been to improve my confidence and to do this she uses a huge array of fun techniques to relax me and improve on my vocals. The best thing of all is the sessions are fun, fascinating and inspiring. Every lesson I come away on a total high!

Rebecca Schwarz is an incredible vocal coach. As someone returning to vocal training after a break of too many years to count, I found immense benefit not only from Rebecca's expertise in the physiology and technical aspects of singing (amongst the best I have come across) but also from her contagious enthusiasm, positivity and passion for performance.Rebecca is the type of person you instantly feel comfortable with and who makes the lessons fun and entertaining so you don't always realise just how hard you have been working until you hear just how good the results are.

I could write forever about how amazing this wonderful lady is. Rebecca makes you feel so at ease in her company and can light up a room with her personality. She is super great to work with and she is an advocate for those needing encouragement and words of wisdom. She’s not only a singing teacher but personally for me she has helped me through many obstacles in terms of self confidence and my speaking voice. She brings out the best in singers and I can’t recommend her enough!

As a complete beginner who has never had the confidence to sing in public, the idea of having singing lessons was a nerve-wracking prospect – especially in the midst of the Corona virus pandemic and subsequent lock down. Yet from my very first Zoom call, Rebecca has made me feel comfortable with exploring my own voice, helped by her wonderfully friendly persona and contagious enthusiasm – both of which are not in the least diminished over the internet! I would highly recommend booking online lessons, above all for beginners like me who are a little bit nervous, and would prefer to start in the comfort of their own home!

Rebecca is an absolutely amazing Singing Teacher. My daughter’s passion is Performing Arts but the singing part of it, has been for us the hardest part to get right, despite the fact she has been singing longest versus acting and dancing. Finding a Singing Teacher who nurtures, empowers, inspires whilst also having the skill, knowledge and technical attributes has been almost impossible. Maya was at the point where her confidence with her singing had plummeted to an all-time low and she was experiencing stage fright and intense nerves when she performed vocally and was even questioning “did she have the ability at all?”Rebecca is firstly hugely passionate about what she does and really knows her stuff. So that comes across straight away, you immediately know that it is not just a job, it’s her passion! We came to her for Musical Theatre and she literally knows everything there is to know and has worked extensively in that area. She helped my daughter to painstakingly consider all aspects to find two perfect Musical Theatre songs for her audition for Performing Arts School and then coached her, through stage fright and confidence challenges to perform the songs to the best possible result and there is absolutely no one who could have done that better! Being an actor herself Rebecca has been able to support my daughter with the acting out of the song and delivery also.The most special thing about Rebecca is how full of personality and enthusiasm she is. Plus, she gets people, all people. She has an intuitive sense of what is needed for each individual and adapts her style specifically for each person and even will adapt things dependant on how that person is on the day so the most is gained from each lesson. This is something pretty unique. Her empowering approach nurtures confidence and self-belief and her honesty and sense of humour means that all worries and difficulties are approached and moved past.Maya loves her lessons with Rebecca! Her lessons are great fun whilst tackling all the nitty gritty detail stuff. Rebecca is a teacher who develops individuals to their very best which usually surpasses their wildest expectations! When I first started taking singing lessons with Rebecca, a little over a year ago now, I was incredibly nervous. I was really shy about singing in front of anyone else, and found the whole process quite daunting. Rebecca was so incredibly warm, welcoming and encouraging. She was very patient with me as I slowly found my voice.I now look forward to every lesson and I have so much fun. She takes my lessons as seriously as she would a professional singer, teaching me interesting ways to improve my range and sharing her vast technical knowledge. I have been able to go from singing the songs that I am personally most comfortable with to tackling complicated songs that I wouldn’t have thought that I would be able to handle.My confidence has grown so much, I am now happy to sing in front of others and one day I may even be able to sing on stage! Rebecca is quite simply the best teacher.

Having been told that I couldn't sing from a young age I always assumed this to be the case. Thanks to Rebecca I have discovered that this simply wasn't true - her infectious enthusiasm and encouraging approach have totally transformed how I regard my singing ability and it is no exaggeration to say that my lessons with her have changed my life. If learning to sing is something that you are tempted to do, I would urge you to give it a go - I can't recommend her highly enough !

Rebecca is a brilliant teacher. I went to see her to gain confidence with my voice after previous voice development problems had got in the way of my love for singing. After a few months of lessons, I've been able to join a local choir and enjoy participating in Christmas performances -- including being able to sing confidently as one of only two people in the men's section on one occasion, which I never would have been able to do before! It is great to be enjoying singing again and I have learned so much about technique and caring for my voice.

I've been working with Rebecca via zoom for four months now, and in that time Ive gone from being terrified to sing in front of anyone, to learning how to use my voice in ways I never thought possible. I feel great about where I'm at, I can confidently share songs in front on the welcoming group sessions and I have a lot of fun in the process. Would highly recommend for anyone who's ever wanted to sing but didn't think they could!
