Peterborough Town Hall

Lovely place

Oct 27, 2018: The Royal British Legion poppy caravan is outside the Town Hall today. I always get my poppies from the wonderful old-timers here.This is an iconic Town Hall building with its imposing, columned entrance. I've visited the Town Hall - by invitation - for a Mayor Making ceremony and when I was the fortunate recipient of a Volunteers' award.The wide, marble staircases, high-ceilinged halls and rooms and the beautiful decor bring a great sense of office and splendour to Peterborough.

This busker has a great voice and great guitar playing. The boys were enjoying the music, dancing and taking photographs of themselves, oblivious of anything else.
