Farhana at Alternative Relief is a fantastic therapist! She’s a very gifted massage therapist. I have been to her on a few occasions now and she never fails to impress, found all my knots and released them. She recommended a course of treatments broke it down for me and gave me post treatment preventative advice. Left feeling so much better. I must say that you can never go wrong to try Farhana at Alternate relief. I had few medical issues which I was using the medicine for. Things were not working out right for me and I was really depressed. I discussed with my friend and she suggested me to try Farhana at Alternate relief. I booked an appointment for microneedling and wet cupping with the gap of few days. Meeting Farhana was an amazing and pleasant experience. I received very friendly and professional customer service with the full confidentiality and privacy. She explained the whole procedure ,its after care and made me feel comfortable before starting the treatment. Treatment was well focused and thorough. Within 12 hours I started to see the difference which was noticed by my colleagues and friends. From now on at least one treatment a month by Farhana is in my important to do list. Absolutely everything this lady does she is just amazing and how she works on you. All advice given at the time and that really helps with medical terms, would highly recommend all her treatments and advice been going to her for so many years now. Also how Farhana helped my daughter through her treatment sessions and then pushing the doctors to get the proper help, finally after so many years and all that time they wasted North Staffordshire medical practice did something when she moved home.. It was too late but only for my daughter to be diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and the impact it's had on her, something that they could of done years ago because they knew Farhana was doing my daughters regular treatments. This could of been avoided now on long term steroids that she's going to have to deal with and the fact that she's been put on the records as officially disabled at the age of 26yrs old and all this because Farhana realised that my daughter needed the right help from her GP.JazzakAllah Khair for all that you do and for going out of your way for each and everyone that comes you.

I came to Farhana looking for help with a number of heath issues (perimenopause, menopause, digestive, circulatory, mood) and she suggested we start with reflexology as it would help identify what was going on for me. She wasn't wrong! I had no idea what to expect but it was (unexpectedly) relaxing and so insightful in equal measures. The health niggles she identified we're spot on and I felt reassured that Farhana was someone who really understood the body and could help me.I didn't realise how tense I was feeling going into the appointment until the drive home - I my shoulders and neck were so light and relaxed and I felt a lovely sense of calm.During the appointment, as well as the reflexology, Farhana gave me some TCM diet advice to implement at home to help with the heat and swelling I've been suffering which I was very grateful to receive. She also identified my naval is displaced and talked me through the impact that could be having on my symptoms and how therapy would benefit me. I left feeling very blessed to have found Farhana.

I went to Farhana to get rid of a build up of knots and muscle pain on my upper back. Her healing hands managed to ease the pain, getting rid of the knots and making the following morning so much better.
