Excellent service, I had plenty of interest within a couple of days. All necessary documentation prepared and passed to me for proof reading promptly, tenants were vetted and in residence within a month.Thanks to the team at Pied a Terre!

We were recommended to use Charisma about 4 years ago. We were new to letting/being landlords but Charisma and her colleague, Anita took care of everything for us. They handled a change of tenants effortlessly and make regular checks on the property. This year they changed to a new business & location and the transition for us as clients was seamless. We cannot fault their professionalism and service. We recommend Pied a Terre unreservedly.
