From the initial survey, which was both methodical and thorough, through to the efficient execution of the damp proofing and timber treatment, Peter Cox have met all my expectations. I feel they have given me a first rate service at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing either damp proofing or timber treatment.

We contacted Peter Cox for advise with a damp issue we were having on a small section of an outside wall. An appointment was made for their surveyor, Rodney Smith to call & see the problem. We suspected the damp was being caused by a damaged/blocked down pipe. This had already been replaced before his visit and was found to be completely blocked. Rodney agreed that this was the likely cause. As the area of damp was only a small section of wall, Rodney gave us some really good advise on remedial work to remedy the damage caused, almost certainly, by this blocked down pipe. We were extremely happy with his professionalism, knowledge and manner and would recommend this company to anyone requiring any damp proof work.

Nick the Surveyor was very helpful when he looked at our problem and reassured us that the issue could be resolved. When the time came for the actual work to be done Graham was the assigned Damproof Technician. He was professional and kept us informed whilst the work was being done. Nick and Graham kept Covid restrictions and once the work was completed, Nick came out to make sure we were happy with what had been done. Peter Cox Lincoln Office sent out the Guarantee by email. We were well impressed with the standard of wrkmanship and the general attitude of Graham and Nick. Well done.

Efficient Service. Diagnosed and corrected damp problem quickly. Their whole team (office/ surveyor/technicians) were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Not cheap but you get what you pay for!
