I contacted Iain regarding an erratic carbonmonoxide alarm and, within 30 minutes, Mark had arrived to evaluate the fire/carbonmonoxide alarm system. He identified the problem, sorted it, and also replaced an extractor fan in the shower room.The work was carried out to a very high standard with everything being explained to me at every step.
