Called Nathan to clean our living room carpet after having a log burner fitted and soot deposits left the carpet marked. I can't praise him highly enough. Very professional. We made an appointment and he kept in touch from the beginning. Arrived on time and our carpet looks fantastic, didn't realise it was so dirty! Carpet was dry almost immediately. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

Super friendly, polite and professional. I'm delighted with the outcome. And the carpets smell amazing! Nathan clearly knows alot about his trade and was able to tell me what particular marks were on the carpet (dark around the edges). Been and gone in less than 2 hours, and done 2 of 3 levels of my 3 storey so really happy with the timeframe. Very reasonable price too which I'm more than happy to pay for this level of service. Will definitely be using N Gale again, and will be recommending to friends and family!

I had Nathan to clean my block paving drive and re sand and seal.The drive looks completely different it looks great. Turns up when he said he will and completed while I was away. Very little mess on what is such a messy job. Thank you

Great service, excellent people skills. Nathan and Ben were professional, yet friendly which put us at ease. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and our carpets were practically dry within an hour and smelling a lot better. Value for money, too. Had the guys in to clean a section of carpet that led directly from a commercial kitchen. I was going to replace the section of carpet but now it looks nearly back to new. So I’ve got a clean carpet and saved money.

I booked Nathan in to clean the moss of my roofI received a text 20 minutes before arrivingThey scraped the tiles cleaned the guttering and treated afterwardsThey never stopped all day and left everything clean and tidyI will definitely recommend and be using this company again in the future
