Fanstastic service start to finish. One of the best cured live rocks i've purchased in my 20 years in the hobby. Thank you guys.

Had fish from these and it died the next day. After about a day or 2 all the rest started to die off. Try to phone them and message there page but didn't get bk to me for days later no offer of a refund. Tried saying it was my water even though I had the water tested before even going to there shop. And I got to be honest I think a lot of the 5 star reviews are family and friends and people living in there street trying to give them a good name

Rocks N Critters know it all! The knowledge they have is invaluable. Lovely family business and great service and help.

Amazing shop, so clean and tidy, amazing stock of all kinds, staff so friendly and knowledgeable too!

Updated July 2020:I have now had my tank 1 year and thanks to the help and advice from Rock 'N' Critters I have a thriving and beautiful reef tank (see picture).Original Post July 2019:This shop was recommended to us by a friend of our son who said the owners were incredibly knowledgeable. We had visited another store and just got a sales pitch so we went along to see these guys and they were honest from the very start, they said it would be expensive and time consuming, and would require patience, etc. and boy were they right!We asked these guys for help setting up the tank and picking the right fish, and corals and they've been absolutely amazing, they truly have. They been to the house several times setting up the tank and the various bits of equipment as it's been needed, and they always give the best advice because they care about the fish and how their fish are cared for by their customers, which is just great for a beginner like me.My tank has been healthy and vibrant since they set it up and we continue to add live stock per the recommendations of Damien (shop owner). It's starting to look really amazing, we're so pleased with it.I would recommend this shop and the owners to anyone interested in marine/reef tanks, they are not only incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring about these animals but they also have a great store with lots of stock of fish, rock, corals, equipment, etc.

We have visited this shop on a couple of occasions, soon to be a lot more. Its a shame its an hour away.The first time we went we were new to the hobby. Had got a second hand tank, but it just wasn't right. The lady in the shop offered some advice. (Sorry I don't know your name) to which we went away and thought about.We got ourselves a new new aquarium, and some new equipment. Things are running much smoother and better. How ever I still have a few issues.Chris and Damien have been amazing in giving advice. And have got me back on track.Needless to say many of my Saturdays will be spent going to Cardiff from BristolThank you

Went to Rock' N' Critters for the first time today as I always thought that it was a commercial outlet , how wrong I was . I was made very welcome and given a tour of the establishment. Fabulous selection of healthy fish and corals. And I came away with exactly what needed . Thank you Rock 'N' Critters .
