Was looking to hire a stairlift for our elderly Father. Found Easystep Stairlifts and it was a good price.Very easy to order over the Phone with Sally who was very helpful.On the day off fitting the engineer was very professional . A good tidy job and explained how to use the stairlift clearly.

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. From initial enquiry through to installation in less than a week. They contacted me when they said they would, arrived on time, fitted the stairlift quickly, perfect. Only wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

Wow, Wow and Wow again! What an incredible company. I cannot recommend this company enough! We had one of their stairlifts installed at my parent’s house when my dad was diagnosed with Kidney failure, they were a pleasure to deal with. We agreed on an install and hire as the outcome for Dad’s condition was not good. They turned up early and installed the stairlift without any issues whatsoever. The engineer even went over and above the call of service by removing a handrail and storing this in their garage in a very difficult place to access.Sadly, my dad passed, and it was time to have the stairlift uplifted as mum can manage stairs with no problem even at 85 and riddled with arthritis! However, the night before they were to arrive to remove the stairlift mum had a fall due to stress and we spent the whole night in A&E, mum damaged her hand meaning she could now not carry anything up and down the stairs and so I phoned the office at 9am when they open, (the stairlift was being uplifted by their engineer between 9am -11am) to ask if we could hold on to the stairlift for a few months, even though their engineer was booked and on his way. Sally was wonderful in what is a difficult time and said yep, no problem I will contact the engineer and get him to turn around. There was never a mention of charging us for mileage or call out.Overall, Great service, Great equipment, Great prices and I have to say again GREAT SERVICE. Thank you, Sally, for everything.

I needed a stairlift for my mother and researched many companies and lifts.In terms of contact, Easystep was by far the nicest of the companies to deal with. They answered all questions, each time I mailed or phoned. They were also the only company to not try and hard sell anything. Other companies started sending things to my mother despite me telling them not to.I do not live in the UK and so was doing this remotely but I still felt that I was in control of the decision with a professional company supporting me. I believe this would be great for an elder person dealing with this themselves and they would not feel pressured into doing anything they did not want to.In terms of value, Easystep was one of the cheapest both for buying and for renting. After comparing the same product on offer, theirs was always the best value. There was also no persuasion over which I should go for, buying or renting. I was sent an offer showing costs for renting, buying a refurb or buying new. In the end I went for rental and the chair was delivered and installed 3 working days later. Whether you wish to rent short term or spend more and buy your own, you are treated the same, they are definitely customer focused.For the installation, the engineer arrived on time and had completed the installation in 30 minutes. My mother was very impressed with his attitude and how polite he was with her. For the power, the cable had to be ran across the top of the stairs to a bedroom, but my mother still cannot see where it is! Apparently it went under the carpet but she cannot see it. Such a professional and tidy job.And yes, her friends have been round to test it :)

I would highly recommend Easystep Stairlifts. We are delighted with the stairlift. It enables my elderly mother to get up and down stairs easily. The fitting of the stairlift in her home was smooth, mess free and efficient. And all my contact with the company has been excellent. Every time I have needed to contact them they have been helpful and very pleasant to talk to.If you need a stairlift then Easysteps will sort you out!

OUTSTANDING. Did an amazing job for my Mum over the last 3 years. Don't be put off that they're half the price of Stannah, Sally and the team are brilliant and thanks to them gave Mum independence and a happier end to her life. Only 1 problem in 3 years which was fixed quickly. Highly recommend them and avoid paying crazy prices to the alternatives! They're just as good. Thanks again Easystep.

100% brilliant experience. Our initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. The man who came to survey was very knowledgable and explained our options. The fitter arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently and did a brilliant neat job. All in all we got a stairlift fitted on our rather tricky staircase with 2 turns in less than a week at a very good price. We opted to buy a reconditioned model but it looks brand new to us.

Excellent service. Three days after contacting Easystep our stairlift was fitted. There were contact calls & emails between ourselves and Sally, a service visit to confirm lift positioning and an engineer who fitted the lift in an hour without leaving any mess. There wasn’t any sales pressure, we got exactly what we asked for at a competitive price.Easystep couldn’t have been more professional, friendly & efficient and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a stairlift with exemplar service.

Easystep responded to my phone call with lightening speed and after I sent some photographs the stairlift was installed after 5 days, it took only two hours. Unfortunately after just one week my wife passed away and the company removed the stairlift the day after, an amazing service all done with kindness and care. There is no evidence of the stairlift ever being installed.A great company and to be highly recommended.

A wonderful company to deal with, the telephone staff were able to answer all of our questions immediately which helped enormously. The self survey is very easy to complete and once returned the installation was arranged very quickly and that went smoothly and took hardly anytime at all. We only need the lift for a short period but it has made all the difference. I unhesitatingly recommend Easystep Stairlifts to anyone.
