Konnichiwa Japanese Cuisine
I've passed this restaurant a few times and today I decided to give it a go for some late lunch, and I was not disappointed.The vast majority of the menu is traditional Japanese food but they also have a section for Specials, Nepalese Himalayan food.I ended up having the Himalayan Mutton Curry with Jasmine rice and it was delicious. Very nice flavour, tender mutton and some spicy (though I do prefer spicier food they can make it spicier upon request). Also it wasn't oily like other similar foods of this type (usually I tend to find curries very oily and heavy).Had chicken gyozas for starters which were very tasty as well.The restaurant was clean, well kept and the staff were very friendly.I'd highly recommend Konnichiwa. 5 *

A wonderful meal in a very cool restaurant. Menu is a good combination of the classic sushi rolls and some more innovative ones and chef come to my table and ask if everything was ok. Good value for money as well.Recommend.

Konnichiwa Japanese Cuisine
This family owned restaurant has kind service, fresh and delicious food. My boyfriend and I were so lucky to walk in after a photo shoot and be able enjoy a huge selection of their menu. Their speciality is the mutton curry. My favorite roll was the unagi. The noodles had a nice tang to them too. The chicken wings were also a hit. All of it brilliant, I severely recommend.

We Had great experience in this family run new Japanese restaurant. Staffs were friendly, polite and attentive. Food was outstanding and Sushi was next level. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back again.

Poor experience.It was busy, and the servers let us know there would be a delay with food so no problems with that.Service was still pretty non-existent, it’s not a big place and we were sat right next to where the staff had to walk past to get to the bar/kitchen. It was still almost impossible to get any attention.I don’t mind bad service when the food makes up for it. This, did not.Microwaved noodles from the day (couple of days?) before & karage which was just chicken dippers deep fried.Really not sure how this place is 4.9 stars. Much better Asian food close by.

Recommended by my friend, best sushi ever it was so fresh, yummy and flavourful. I loved how crispy was chicken katsu and dumpling had the heat. They also have original homemade iced lemon tea reembled hongkong taste. I also liked that it is family business giving relax and calm vibe.

If you’re looking for something special! Than this restaurant provides. I had the most beautiful experience, delicious food, kind hearted family run business and staff.I felt completely at home and relaxed here. It felt like a sanctuary for my spirit and stomach, run with a very soothing and restorative atmosphere with fun little touches. This is a special little restaurant and a great little discovery. We had a really nourishing time. A must try for dining! Thank you so much. Highly recommended!
