Asked about an alteration to some very expensive walking trousers, was told she couldn’t do it as couldn’t get hold of the studs. Fair enough, but then to be told she could use velcro was an insult to a £100+ pair of trousers and it came with a side helping of rudeness and disinterest!

Gill has altered trousers, dresses and Jackets for me at a reasonable price and I am happy with all the work carried out.If the job is going to be too difficult or cost too much she will let you know. Can't ask fairer than that !!!

I walked in rushing, my work uniform needed work doing before 12:00pm, Gill did say she was busy, 45 minutes later, ready for pick up!! Highly recommend it if you need any work doing on your clothes, expect nothing but quality !
