I always get a A* service and they always do nails I ask for. I won’t ever go anywhere else keep up good work guys!!

I moved to Bristol two years ago and have really missed my nail salon because I haven’t found any place that does my nails to the sam4 standard. Well I’m happy I found this place because my nails look amazing! Highly recommend, they take great care and it’s super affordable as well.

I don’t recommend at all because they are so rude and after 2 days my nail are ruined,won’t be back.

Random visit after another nail salon in town did so much damage to my daughter's finger she developed an infection and Southmead minor injuries needed the nail removed. The ladies were lovely and saw us straight away. They were very gentle and discussed the best approach before removing the nail quickly and carefully.

This nail salon I have been to twice with a friend as she’s said they are good and both times the wait is ridiculously long because there is only ever 2 of them and each time my nails have been misshapen and wonky.I know acrylics can be pricey but overpriced for what you get in my opinion and whilst waiting the second time I visited another girl came in, showed them some reference ideas for what she wanted and they straight up said no even after she tried to show them how simple the nail design was they said no this is what we can do and she had to settle for something else if she wanted her nails done there and then.Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been here twice, once for full set and second time today for infills, so pleased with the service, although they are super busy, they really are worth the wait, efficient and friendly service both times I’ve been, really pleased with the results, I had a terrible experience with Ruby nails in filton, but Nail Tech treated my nails, fixed the issues and now I have gorgeous nails again! I don’t live locally but I’m happy to travel to this salon! Also, thank you to the sweet lady for choosing this lush pink colour for me, I would’ve been there all day trying to pick from the many, many colours they have! Overall such a nice vibe in the shop, the couple that run the place are super nice and accommodating! See you soon (I wont leave it 4 weeks for infills next time, yes you read that right, my full set was still in brilliant condition after 4 weeks) ;)

If I could give no stars I would .Don’t normally complain but this was not good . Took my niece to go and have her nails painted - not only was it £12 !!!! But the man that did it was horrid , he was rude and unpleasant towards my niece , called her dirty and told her to stop moving . I understand that she had to be still to have nails painted but he did not have to do it in the way he did . Really nasty experience all in all and I certainly will not be going back . Really really disappointed, what was ment to be a nice experience ruined because he was so vile .

I’m very pleased each of the times I have visited, I was with another salon (no names) though was more pleased as have been a nail technician myself and know a good one of which they are. So a big 5 stars from me. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my nails done here twice and been very pleased both times! I just show them what I want and they always do brilliantly! Definitely recommend

Always friendly, do a good job and fairly priced. Only place close enough to patchway. Have been going there for a long time. Always have tv on with music or kids shows so suitable to bring children if you have to, as I do. Loyalty card available as well so worth going back!
