Food was nice, the portion was really big for the large bowl I got. Abdulahi was really when he came to clear out table. Next time I’ll definitely try the udon.

The second time I ate at this chain. It's good to have cheaper options if you are on a budget or just need a quick bite. I like the atmosphere and aura of like being in Japan... even the toilet was clean and the seat was nice and warm. Lovely to eat here and warm up with soup etc specially when it's wet and cold outside. The guy cleaning was so friendly and helpful. I appreciate his warm welcome even the guys by the door showing me where to order.

Elegant, tasty, and affordable in a beautiful walking area in London!Service was quick and patient with getting a step by step process of each station. Really customizable and creative!Overall, tasty noodles and topping choices, unique atmosphere, and good prices.

Great place to have some freshly made udon in between shopping. Great for dining on your own, too. Some staff members were under training but overall, they were nice and efficient. Udon is great. Clean and cozy. The toilet was clean, too. Will definitely go back again.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant and have enjoyed it in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the cleanliness of both restrooms and the restaurant floor was subpar, and the staff seemed inattentive. My food arrived cold, and it took 15 minutes to address the issue. I truly used to look forward to dining here and hope improvements can be made. I'd love to keep coming back.

Incredibly similar to the locations in California, all the way down to the bowls. The soda dispenser was out of a lot of flavors and ice, so getting the combo almost wasn't worth it. Bright and musical inside. Restrooms for customers!

Great Udon at Soho!, The place is nice, ambient and relax.Like a buffet, order and served, not table service.Different kind of Udon, Katsu, Udon classic,...The place is a bit difficult to find, but not too bad for an Udon.Lots of drinks and not so many dessert, people and service nice.They allow to have kids.

I was really impressed by the fast service and the pleasant sitting area. The self service condiment area was well stocked with Japanese mayo, spring onions, curry powder, chillies, and soya sauce. The curry udon had a fresh flavour as did the pumpkin katsu which was even better when dipped in the sticky brown sauce.
