Stephanie reached out to me after I applied for a position within her catchment. We had an initial phone call and a followup teams. I was contacted by a Joel from Adecco promising me help and support with my job search, only if I registered with them first of course. I was asked to bring ID, proof of address, NI number and even my bank details. Not only have I not been offered work but they haven't contacted me at all and the infamous Joel is always in a meeting or on another call and doesn't call you back after you leave a message etc. Do not trust these companies, they prey on people who are struggling to find work just to get you on their books. Most likely they get some form of benefit for having more people registered with them. Adecco is no exception.
