I had a wonderful experience shopping here with my family with wonderful Naomi helping me in and out of the stunning gowns. Naomi made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and was very patient with my indecisiveness, didn’t mind me trying the same dresses on a couple of times. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress and for £500 less than it was being sold for at Cherished down the road! So happy :)

Absolutely over the moon! Elecia was amazing, so helpful and so friendly - she really made me feel special and my bride crew feel welcome. She was very patient and the whole experience exceeded my expectations! Found my dream dress too, and now can't stop looking at it! I went into the bridal outlet with a fairly specific vision in my mind of the dress I wanted to find and after trying on dresses on two previous occasions at different shops I hadn’t yet come close to this vision. Before my appointment Naomi called me and asked me about the sort of thing I was looking for and also suggested sending over the dresses I liked from the website (which was lots) and this was such a positive interaction all before I even stepped foot in the shop! Naomi was an absolute star on the day, allowing me to try on the dresses I had been eyeing up on the website and then guiding me so gently and clearly towards my absolute dream dress! I found my dress by dress number five and Naomi did every possible to make it absolutely how I had envisioned it. She made me feel comfortable and confident at all times and I have walked away with my dream dress at a bargain price! I couldn’t recommend the bridal outlet enough!! Thank you so much!

Kaleigh was the best bridal consultant that I’ve seen - chilled, relaxed, friendly and asking all the right questions at the right times. She gave me enough space to think and encouraged me to narrow down my choices when I was stuck. I was able to find what I was looking for with her help and expertise. Great little outlet shop which only sells off-the-peg. Naomi helped me try on a selection of dresses as I was still confused about what style I wanted. In the end it was the one she pulled off the rail last which I picked! Testament to her listening skills and figuring out what a bride is really after. Great prices on designer dresses which means total price+ alterations will fall within my budget.

Kaitlin was so friendly and helpful. I had an idea of what I liked and didn’t like already which was useful, but Kaitlin helped to guide me with the suggested dresses to try on in line with what I was looking for.The selection in the outlet is amazing, I ended up getting an Eva Lendel dress which I LOVE, and a designer I don’t think I would have been able to consider full price.Would highly recommend to try the outlet if you want a lovely dress, but aren’t able to/don’t feel the need to spend a crazy amount of money.xxx

I booked The Bridal Outlet as my first place to try on wedding dresses and I unexpectedly found THE dress! Naomi was amazing. The whole booking process was easy and individualised - I booked online and then got a call from Naomi a couple of days before to go through my ideas and sent across a love list from their website.On the day I managed to try on about 8 dresses and didn't feel rushed at all. The process was systematic which really helped as I was very open minded, being encouraged to say what I liked and disliked about each to narrow down the search. Naomi really listened, but also suggested dresses I wouldn't have chosen myself to try on, and I'm so pleased she did as I wouldn't have found my dress without this! Totally not what I would have thought I'd go for but I absolutely love it! Been on cloud 9 for the past couple of days since, which suprised me as not usually the sort of person to go all gooy over a dress!!I also got to put a veil on with the dress which I was just so special for me and my Mum who was with me.The dress was less than half the price it would have been if not in the outlet.Thoroughly recommend.

After awful experiences at 2 bridal shops. I found my dress today. The website is great it tell you what dresses they have in which sizes so you are not disappointed when you book an appointment. Naomi was insanely good.Please please try this place before anywhere else.I'm so happy.

Naomi was so wonderfully understanding, patient and made me and my family feel so comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and was super understanding about budget and things I wasn't sure on. I didn't find my dress here but I would recommend to anyone looking, one of the best dress trying on experiences I've had!
