Never been in here either, even though it was on the go when we used to hit the town 40 years ago. Was taken by surprise at how clean it was and big! They are obviously competing with wetherspoons on drink prices, which is great, but it doesn't do any food, which is a shame, haven't a clue what it would be like on a night time. Definitely for the nostalgia hit, which is great if you just want a decent pint with no thrills.

The staff and door staff were very friendly o rocked up in shorts and trainers was still allowed in people danced with me everyone smiled at me beer was fairly priced

Saturday lunchtime, place was heaving because of football. Great prices. Good selection of beers and credit to Boro fans for a good atmosphere. Top day out even though we got beat later on.
