Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms and super comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly.Great bathroom with large rain shower head and additional handheld sprayer. Large cotton towels, hairdryer, and toiletries are included. There is a restaurant onsite and a grocery store across the street.Walking distance to tram service.I stayed over the weekend and did not get disturbed once.I highly recommend the Leonardo hotel.

Slightly disappointed with my stay here. Having complained once about the room being messy, the staff member did not apologise. Complained a second time because a towel was dirty and had stains on it. The same staff member gave us a free drink at the bar. The room itself was really nice despite the mess. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The air conditioning unit was hanging out the wall, which for a 2021 building, you would expect it to be brand new. Overall, in my opinion, the staff need to be trained. As we were checking out, the staff member never asked if we had a nice stay, etc. Customer service is key in a hotel and to feel unwelcome is not a good thing for a ‘four star’ hotel. Location was close to the Manchester Piccadilly station but not a fat lot else. A lot of construction work going on as well. For the price we paid, we would have expected more…

What we liked was the friendliness of the staff. They were all welcoming and accommodating. The bedroom was great, and the hotel was centrally located and easily accessible. Breakfast was great, and they also have a 24-hour fitness centre, which was awesome. Special mention to Nathan, who checked us in. He was super friendly and professional.

Great hotel. 4 stars was probably a bit mean as the reason I marked it down was a bit out of their control. The hotel itself is brilliant. I had a great night's sleep. The room was super quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is the location. The walk from picadilly isn't great and access to the hotel is made hard by the building site next door. They have closed the footpath meaning you have to walk 100m past it to get across the road.Would definitely stay again though

Just OK. Short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, although the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Room was clean and quiet and everything worked fine. Bar staff were surly and there was a very small range of drinks to choose from. Restaurant food was adequate for dinner, breakfast OK until the final day when some hot food items simply never appeared in the buffet.

Had a great experience here. Excellent service from beginning to end. Nathan, who checked me in, was happy to give me a complimentary room upgrade which I greatly appreciated. Only issue I'd say is the hotel's surroundings of warehouses and construction which didn't give the greatest view from my window; but this was insignificant for me. All in all I'm happy to have booked here and will make sure to stay here again on my next visit.

From the outside the hotel looks presentable and very clean. It’s a great hotel spacious rooms and very affordable. We had a meal in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Plus a free bottle of Prosecco on entry with the room - Dale and Mika were absolutely amazing and couldn’t have offered better service, friendly and on point. The let down unfortunately was what “appeared” to be the bar manager “Constantine”. I say appeared as he looked the part, but certainly didn’t act it. There was an innocent mistake with the free bottle of Prosecco as I didn’t realise I had to present the card - and was charged for the bottle. When questioning this for a refund Constantine made me feel so awkward and small and get a lot of hostility (almost like I had just stolen from him), couldn’t count the amount of dirty looks he gave me at the time and then throughout the night at our party. We then had a meal and he was visibly annoyed because we wanted to split the bill. He really put a downer on the night with his attitude. Constantine seriously needs a lesson on customer services , or honestly shouldn’t be in hospitality full stop. If it wasn’t for solely him I would have rated the stay / hotel max stars.

The Leonardo is a fantastic hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are top shelf. This is our second stay in 18 months all the way from Australia. It's by far one of the best hotels we are able to stay at whilst on tour.

Nice clean hotel, let down by its current inaccessibility on foot (neighbouring building site has taken over the footpath pushing pedestrians onto a crazy busy road). Reception staff very helpful, otherwise a 3/5.

The hotel design and structure is so satisfying, restaurant waiters are so friendly and helping. But I have to say I had to remind them everyday that my room must be cleaned specially that we were teams from different nations and had a championship, Leonardo was our place to rest and had lots of training sessions and races to attend so we had absolutely no time to tidy our rooms ourselves and we had expectations that room service would make it up for us but what seemed to be like that I had to remind them everyday and supervise them.
