After getting a few quotes from Hot Tub shops for a service I found Aquafix on the web. They looked to have good reviews so arranged a service through them. They were responsive and arrived at the time agreed. Their knowledge and experience were clear from the start, knowing all about the tub from one photo. The tub had not been cleaned for years and a part had blown which he had on his van to replace. The service was spot on and the use of the tub fully explained afterwards - it was new to us. Needless to say we will be using them from here on! Good to find decent quality from decent people at a reasonable price.

Initial contact was through Facebook and my questions were quickly answered. We arranged a visit and the problem was repaired. The Guys are most professional and very reasonable, value for money. They are quite prepared to share their knowledge and expertise. Will definitely be using them to service our hot tub in the future.

Found Aqua fix by chance at the start of lockdown. Had some cowboys come and try and fix my Hot tub and couldn't diagnose the issue. Within minutes we knew the issue and they even had the parts on their van!! Have used them ever since for a regular clean, service and water change. Lovely lads and amazing at what they do. Totally recommended.
