Old Luxters Barn

We got married here last November and it was the most perfect venue. Having been to a few weddings this year I am now able to compare the service and staff, and can confidently say that we got very lucky with Old Luxters. Everyone was so accommodating and professional, and nothing was too much! The venue is small but it was perfect for us, and the barn was turned around from the ceremony to our wedding breakfast seamlessly. We will cherish our memories here forever and look forward to returning for many more visits!

We had the most amazing wedding day at Old Luxters in October 2021!!! I genuinely cannot rate it high enough it was fabulous the team there Sam, Charlie and Christina made our day the most memorable! They are so lovely, accommodating and knowledgable and guided us through the whole wedding planning process especially with having to postpone a year due to COVID! The barn is beautifully rustic, then you have the beautiful vineyard, courtyard and marquee so guests can mingle! The food was fantastic so much flexibility and choice in the options! If you are thinking of getting married in a rustic quaint venue then go visit old Luxters they are all so welcoming we cannot wait to come back to visit!!! Thank you all!! Mr and Mrs Parkes!!

The best wedding venue out there! It is so beautiful and will forever have a special place in my heart! The wedding organiser was so kind and helpful and our wedding day was just incredible!

Great evening event with a corporate group. Wine and beer tasting, and the accompanying narrative was very engaging. Food afterwards was excellent. Lovely friendly staff

Came here from a virgin experience tour and loved the weekend!We booked a night's stay at the BnB, booked dinner off site through the BnB and had a winery tour at Old Luxters. The tour was informative and quite quick, finishing with a tasting session that ended with me leaving with a lot of liquer. The barn shop is stocked with their wine, spirits, and smaller brand condiments.Fun romantic weekend away, with beautiful sights nearby.

Luxters is a stunning venue because of its uniqueness, beauty, intimacy - but most of all, it is informal yet really special. The team were amazing at making everything run like clockwork on the day - all my guests raved about the venue and said it was the most personal and lovely wedding they have been to. It’s amazing for a summer wedding and the surrounding areas are truly beautiful. We didn’t have the food tasting due to the additional cost, but all the food was amazing - we went for sharing platters and it added to the relaxed and social vibe that we were after. I have very few criticisms: There are a few additional costs that surprised us but on the whole, it is really great value for money. It is also worth pointing out that if you’re not a very organised person yourself, I would recommend booking in meetings with the planners in advance as they’re very busy and it’s left up to you unless you ask for the help. However, I’m used to running events and project management so this wasn’t really a problem for me - the team followed my every instruction to the letter and the day couldn’t have gone smoother. Luxters will always have a special place in my heart - I don’t think any other venue compares. Thank you so much to the team.

We had an amazing day for our wedding at Old Luxters.We chose the venue due to the beauthful setting and the rustic barn style felt really us. The venue is great, between the barn, marquee and courtyard, it all flowed so well and was a great size for our party.We also had beautiful pictures in the vineyard which came out amazing with the autumn leaves.The staff were great, from the planning stage where we were able to visit the venue multiple times, to the day of, where the service went smoothly without any hitches. The food was also incredible, especially the lamb, and the DJ included in the price kept the dancefloor full all night.I also found the venue to be very good value for money compared with similar venues we visited.Would thoroughly recommend!

What a lovely couple of days we have had, wine and beer tasting experience was great, John was very informative and all the wine and beer was lovely, b&b made it even better, beautiful cottage, room was spotless and had a lovely view over the gardens and vineyard, breakfast was excellent, all staff were so friendly and kind, would definitely recommend.
