This shop is fantastic. The knowledge of the owner is enormous. Began using this store when it was a tiny shop and happy to say now its a larger place the customer is still treated with professional advice and I am always satisfied. I moved to Surrey from Nottingham but I still use the shop. I telephone and ask advice and they will speedily post to me anything I require. Cannot recommend them high enough. 10 out 10 for everything.

For anyone needing herbal remedies or even a chat with some of the nicest people you could meet? This is the place for you! I went to find some tablets and came out feeling 10 times better than I did going in, ands that's just with having chat someone who understood and gave the best advice I could ask for! They have a customer for life here, and I promise you will not regret going in!Thank you again for what you did for me!

Wow, these guys live and breath natural health!I was speaking with Kerry today and literally lost track of time talking with her about her in depth knowledge of natural health and the long and proud history of her family in the industry.An older gent came in and it was wonderful to see so much time and attention given to helping him. Really rare and exceptional customer service. Exceptional knowledge. Highly recommended!

What a little gem of a store, Kerry and Josh always take time to listen and understand what's needed and are so knowledgeable on their products, always promoting the best quality for value rather than just selling you the most expensive one because the marketing has been clever on it. And if you're in need of advice on crystals and a glorious selection of herbal teas, you've come to the right place. Can't praise them enough, it's my go to place long before I even try and attempt to make a doc appointment. Mother nature can ease so many symptoms and worries, and you're definitely in the best hands in this shop for that.

A big thank you to Josh and Kerry! Not only did I get superb advice from Josh but he also took time to really listen and help with my queries. I needed a product that was not on the shelves when I went to get more and Kerry said she would order it in - I found out that she had called a friend who had stock, got a supplier to bring it over and then put it to one side for when I next came in! Wow! These people really care! Heartfelt thanks!

Lovely shop combining knowledge, expertise, products (always new ones being introduced) and great customer care skills. Its good and important to support an independent. They listen, are never pushy, have time to help make an informed choice and its good to know that they are always improving their knowledge and skills. I am particularly pleased to hear that Kerry has made the best of being in lockdown by training as a master herbalist and that the team can now provide an online ordering service.
