I took part in some research for this organisation, looking at a new banking product. This involved looking at a website prototype and doing a dummy application, whilst commenting on my experience. The whole process was interesting and enjoyable and I would certainly do it again. I hope my comments were useful to the organiser. I also received an amazon voucher which I got very promptly. All in all I would recommend taking part in research - it was very straightforward and everyone was very friendly.

The staff at UserLab UX, were amazingly friendly and were genuinely interested in hearing about my experiences because they encouraged me to elaborate on particular aspects of it further. I agreed to be part of the research for a diabetes website which I found to be very informative and worthwhile. My phone interactions were with Tom and Alice and I found them both to be very helpful and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism at all times.I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in helping them out with their research again in the future.

Have now taken part in a number of research projects for UserLab, all have been interesting and relevant. The moderators have been really professional, friendly and understanding.
