Fantastic service from Sonny, who was very professional and friendly. Sonny identified the reason our dishwasher was not working (it was due to a faulty wall socket) and, once plugged into an alternative source, tested the dishwasher on a short cycle to confirm it was working as it should and that there were no other issues. Excellent and I will definitely use again! Thank you!

I contacted a few places for quotes before deciding on Busy Bees. I wanted no fuss over charges, just a one off payment for a repair unless parts were required or extra visits. After asking the person on the phone if the price quoted was for the labour in the day. She confirmed it was and parts would be additional. I decided to book in order to support locally. I wasn’t home for the repair, but the gentleman came and found that it couldn’t be properly fixed as the part required is obsolete. He offered a workaround for an extra charge. My husband rang me to confirm. I explained there shouldn’t be any extra charges. The engineer proceeded to tell me I have misunderstood, no company operates the way I am expecting. If I wanted to deal with it I should be there myself and he would believe his colleague of 25 years over anything I say. To be honest he was extremely argumentative. He then explained that he would put the oven back together without repairing it because I have young children and it would be dangerous. He took his fee and left us without a repaired oven. Not taking no for an answer, extremely rude. Unfortunately the conversation was heard by colleagues and was quite frankly embarrassing. Luckily we don’t leave people out of pocket for their time. But he basically got paid for nothing. I do not recommend using this company as they mis-sell and are aggressive when challenged.

We needed our dishwasher to be fixed: Sonny was the man to do it. From calling up the very helpful office, right through to a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong with our dishwasher, the service provided by Busy Bee was outstanding. Used these guys to fix a dishwasher problem we had. They phoned first to agree a time which was handy . When the engineer Sonny came to fix our machine , he was a very friendly and knowledgable chap he fixed the issue for the agreed price. Great service.

I called Busy Bee after another repair man told me he was unable to repair my oven as he couldn't get hold of the required part. I was at first reluctant to call someone else our in case they ran into the same issue buy Busy Bee were helpful and Sonny was able to fix my oven there and then. It wasn't an easy job but he clearly knew what he was doing. Will definitely use again.
