Gerry's Visa Services

For the past 2 days I've been applying online for pakistani visa having no success because of their website and lack of response,it seems like they don't care and lack any sort of urgency to respond. They must also not realise how much it affects the person applying causing so much unnecessary stress for something that should be straight forward.

Customer service is absolutely rubbish. The security guard was the only person there that was helpful in directing me where I needed to go. Staff are rude and clearly have no idea what providing good customerservice means. If customers are waiting and you can see they are waiting (and have been told to take a seat and wait) it is your job as a member of staff to ask customers regarding their enquiry. I was sat waiting half an hour for a job that should have taken 5 minutes. Learn to do your job properly rather than pretending to do work , eating whilst on shift and engaging in conversation amongst your colleagues. One staff member then proceeded to tell me that I hadn’t told her that I had written the tracking number down when I clearly did but she decided to engage in conversation with another customer. She then decided to show attitude. Judging by the amount of negative reviews this place has received you would think staff should have had some sort of training.

Rude and inefficient . The African security guard was talking to people like they are dirt. We got there 45 minutes before they close and he rudely told us they are closed. When challenged he eventually gave us queue token. First of all why is he even dealing with the public when his job is security? Secondly the manner he was talking to people was awful and I felt sorry for an old English guy who for some reason wanted to visit Pakistan. If I was him I would have been put off from going anywhere near this place let alone visiting Pakistan. An awful representation of PakistanWhen you do eventually get the token, there are no instructions on how to use their service or what counter you are meant to go to. If it wasn't my motherland I would never visit Pakistan because of this horrible place.I will make sure I raise this at higher level as well as Prime minister's portal. I would suggest anyone who has bad experience should do the same as Jerrys need to improve their service badly or they should be stripped off the agreement.

Very unprofessional, have no value and feelings for any one even its emergency or not. No contact no everywhere wrong information on website weekend numbers given in case of emergency all off. Shame on them they are really bad name on their country they know that they are no answerable to anyone no one can do anything about. People were waiting outside gerry's office london for 2 hrs some of them came 3 hrs away all received text 2 days or one day before collection time on saturday 9-12 but it was closed really unprofessional.

I didn't get my Pakistan visa on time and unfortunately I had to withdraw my application so I could use my passport for work travel. But for what it's worth, the staff at Gerry's did their best to help me given the circumstances. They were kind, friendly and professional throughout, and I am very grateful to them for helping me get my passport back at least.

I have to first of all say that some of the negative reviews had me worried. However, having visited the office on 4 occasions, I have been very pleasantly surprised. All the staff were professional and it was clear where you had to go. It is only one room, so how can anyone be confused. I got visas for my parents first and they were done in 1 day! I then got dual nationality visas for my son and myself and again they were ready in 1 day.Before applying for the visas, I made copies of the very clear checklist on the website and then made sure I had all the original documents as well as copies that are required. If you do this, there is no problem with the process or the staff at the visa centre. If you don’t take all the documents then you will experience delays and refusals. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Gerrys for making the experience pleasant and easy.

About 3 months earlier I've been here with my boyfriend to see what documents I need for visa. I actually came out crying how these people where treating me. None of them has given a chance for me to speak only in Urdu with my boyfriend as it's my application we needed information for and not his. 2 weeks ago I went back just to get a new application form as the next day an Urdu speaking male was supposed to come with me to save me from loosing my peace. I just wanted to have the form so I can fill it out at home. Big surprise! The same people where working there but this time really polite and helpful, answering all my questions helping me and guiding me. I also submitted my application right away as I had all the help and didn't need to come back again. I don't know what happened with those people, but very good example how this place should always be. I got my visa within 4 working days and when I went back to collect my passport I went in a wrong time as in text message they provided what time of the day I should go. They have given out my passport anyway without any hassle. Absolutely brilliant how these people where this time! Thank you so much! Amazing staff :)

As long as you have the correct paperwork, then it is an enjoyable visit.Staff are informative and helpful.As it gets busier later, then it tends to slow down.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. I guess maybe because of one particular member of staff who willingly assisted me. She was under the weather, but regardless, was very helpful (not only to me, but I noted she was going around organising documents for customers and advising them. The visas came back within a couple of days despite it being stated on the website that it could take up to 6 weeks.

Went today at 08:30. Centre opened st 09:00. Security guards was very kind. Opened door 10 min before for me to wait inside. Very kind of him. At 09:00 there were about 4 applicants. Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Sry professional. My duration was 15 min all together. I would advise go as early as possible. Take all the documents and filled form. Be kind and nice to staff. And please respect others and Follow queue.
