Loved my spin at Cadence with Melissa. She was brilliant at explaining everything on the new snazzy Keiser bikes, her enthusiasm is infectious and her playlists are always second to none! Give it a go and you’ll be hooked!!

Best ever spin studio and instructors I’ve every come across! I’ve never really liked spinning but these classes are varied, very well thought through, making you work efficiently with the beat of the music and vice versa. I’m definitely making this part of my exercise routine!

Cadence Indoor Cycling
So glad I found Cadence Indoor Cycling. I did Melissa’s class and it was tough but really fun too. She explained the bike set up and the numbers before we started which was great for a novice like me. She was really enthusiastic and encouraged me to push to the max. The music and disco lights made it feel like a night out. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Have tried multiple indoor cycling classes across London and Cadence is one of my absolute favourites. I’ve done a few of Melissa’s classes and not only are the vibes immaculate but caters for both beginners and experienced riders and always feels like you are in good hands. Great little studio and highly recommend!

A brilliant studio with a wide range of classes to cater for all levels. I have tried so many different spin classes over the years and Melissa is by far my favourite instructor. She makes the classes challenging but always fun and her brilliant playlists, funny stories and singing will make the time whizz (spin pun) by.

I absolutely loved the spin class here! Melissa is a great teacher, she explains how the class is going to run and goes goes through the all the movements as the class goes so everyone is clear on what they’re doing. I had done spin once before and really not enjoyed it but this one was so fun! Melissa is full of energy and I felt motivated throughout, I’d recommend to anyone wanting to give spin a go :)

I recently started going to Cadence Indoor Cycling. The classes are fantastic - Melissa is a really fun and supportive teacher, regardless of how fit or experienced you are. I always come away from Cadence with a smile on my face.

Cadence Indoor Cycling
I tried spinning a few times over the years but never enjoyed it. I knew of Melissa from Gymbox so when I saw she had opened a studio near my work I thought I would give it another go - if anyone could get me to like spin it was her. She did not disappoint! The music and vibe were awesome and the class was challengeing but accessible, even for a newbie like me. Will 100% be recommending to everyone I know. Have already booked another class!

Tried this new studio for the first time and had a great time - super friendly and welcoming atmosphere - Mikey is the absolute best instructor and everyone should try his class immediately!! will be back for sure :)

These classes are fantastic! I was SO happy to find this locally. They are fun and challenging and the music is banging!!! Mikey’s class had me dancing and laughing on the bike, Sam’s class had me feeling powerful - ALL classes left me feeling amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough! What a find!
