I needed my gas feed re-piped to allow new cooker to fit in unit.So glad i telephoned PPH South Ltd. They did a great job and the whole experience was first class from the moment i telephoned, to receiving the quote, Joe arriving punctually and having the work carried out expertly and professionally.Definitely will be using them in future when i need a yearly boiler service.Wish all tradesmen were like this.

Have used PPH South since buying my own flat 3 years ago, each year i have had a yearly service from Joe with professional results,Recently i had an issue with my boiler and lost all hot water, Joe was fast to respond to my call and went though multiple possibilities and was able to attend the issue the next working day, with fortunately a easy fix,Would recommend PPH South to anyone looking for local, reliable knowledge for any central heating related issues.Thanks again,Scott

Our boiler at home was on its last legs. Phoned a few different companies and everyone just made it sound complicated. I called PPH South and they came out free of charge to survey and provide a quote. Joe from PPH South walked me through the whole process. When it came to the installation he was very polite, clean tidy and efficient. He even registered out boiler with the manufacturer for us.PPH South made the whole thing really easy from start to finish with a great result at the end. Very happy and won’t consider anyone else now!

I can’t fault the work and service by Joe and PPH South LTD. After a free no-obligation quote on fitting a new boiler, booking was a breeze and communication was great throughout. The engineers arrived on time and promptly carried out removal and disposal of old boiler and flue and installation of new ones - all work carried out to amazing standard (and all gas safety documents provided) and everything tidied afterwards - you wouldn’t know they’d been there. I highly recommend PPH South LTD and will certainly use them again when I have any other boiler/heating requirements. Thanks guys.

We have been signed up for our boiler maintenance plan for a year or two. We had to call out PPH and they arrived within a few hours, completely free as it's included in our plan. Amazing value for peace of mind and great price.Much better service than the main brand providers.

I messaged Joe asking if he could have a look at my boiler as my central heating wasn't working. He fitted me in that afternoon and kept me updated when he was on his way. Fortunately, there wasn't actually anything wrong with my boiler and it was a user error which I was very embarrassed about but Joe was great. He was very professional and reassured me Im not the won't be the last! I have 100% faith in Joe that, if there had had been an issue, he would have been able to fix it quickly and thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone who needs help!
