Just Tyres

Dont know way people lieing saying the manager and staff a really good!! The costumer service was disgusting had ordered 2 tyres and took my car in and took them more then a hours just to do two tyres all I can see is the staffs and manager standing and chatting

Absolutely fantastic service as usual James definitely goes the extra mile.

I can't praise this place highly enough. I called 45 mins before they closed on a Saturday and Louie said to bring the car down for them to have a look. His skill and speed in changing my tyres, as well as his manner and customer service were all exceptional. Not only will I be going back to Just Tyres, I will also be telling my friends to go there.

I had 2 tyres replaced and my tracking realigned. Louie is professional, polite and friendly. I was impressed with the high standard of customer service and will definitely be using them again next time I need tyres or brakes.

Fantastic support from Louis and the team, very helpful, showed clearly what had happened to my old tyre, replaced it quickly and was back on the road all within 20 minutes. Would recommend.

Got a tire repair done. Very friendly staff. Bargain price £17 compared to £27 for other National sites.

I will certainly be coming back, no problems at all, and the guys were very friendly indeed. There is a nice and roomy waiting area.

I arrived late for a booked appointment as I was told the wrong time(less than 30 minutes). When I arrived one of the workers was stood in the doorway smoking a cigarette, then proceeded to lean in my window, cigarette in hand, and ask my details, which he then shouted across to the manager on the other side of the building. The manager then shouted 'YOU'RE LATE' across the garage at me, in front of other customers. He then came over and leaned in my window, clearly annoyed telling me he couldn't fit me in. I apologised again, and said not to worry just cancel it then. Suddenly, he changed tactic, and said to come back in 30 minutes and he'd fit me in. He then got visibly naffed off when I said no it's okay don't worry, you're busy and it's my fault I got the wrong time. He then stormed off.I have a small fleet of vehicles and work literally 2 buildings away from another tyre company. I have always travelled the 5 miles out of my way to use Just Tyres out of loyalty. I have always had amazing service. This 'manager' is ruining your well earned reputation which you have built up over many years. I for one won't be coming back.

Useless company. Ordered and paid for 4 tyres online to be fitted, only three delivered (fair enough, these things happen) but refused to fit the three good ones until the fourth came in stock and happy to send the car away with cords showing. All down to their own admin issues. Won’t ever be using them again and will be spreading the word.

Wouldn't even give 1 star if it was possible. Was meant to have 5 tyres fitted but only 4 arrived. The next day 1 of the 4 fitted came off the rim after a very short first drive on them. I called just tyres and they immediately started to claim it had to be a puncture and couldn't be their fault or it would have happened whilst with them. This left me stuck with no tyre on my car. I had to call out a mobile tyre fitter to come and re fit one tyre and check the others and they told me none of the tyres were at the correct pressures and it was definitely a fitting issue from just tyres. Cowboys that don't have a clue what they are doing. Rude management. STAY AWAY!!
