Go Ape Southampton

We had such an Incredible time. I took my wife for her birthday and she loved it. The team we very friendly, the safety brief was informative and not too long you start to drift off. It provides a challenge for you if like me your not the fittest person but everything is so much fun. We will 100% doing it again.

The staff were really friendly and informative. Me and my family went on the treetop adventure, which is the shorter course.. I'll admit I got scared at one point and had to have assistance, but there was no judgment apart from anyone, apart from myself at the end. I think it's well priced and even the weather wasn't ideal we had a great time.

Massive, massive thank you to the staff at Southampton Go Ape this morning, so very patient with my daughter giving encouragement, advice and support to my daughter as she made her way around the course. Very rushed her and by the end she managed to complete the second bigger loop and the zip line. All the staff were fantastic but big shout out to Sasha who was so patient and helpful and even went up especially to do the zip line with her twice!! Thank you all!

I did Treetop Adventure with my 6 year old brother. It took us 1 hour to complete the two courses and we had lots of fun. The playgroind's also great and we got a free certificate

Great experience for my daughters 7th birthday yesterday! She loved it.

Came here on a Saturday with a group of 4 friends. Our instructor was super helpful and was happy to answer any questions. Sasha, who checked us in was really enthusiastic too, which we loved. We were able to hold bags in the cabin free of charge too. Parking was super easy despite it being on a Saturday. The use of the RingGo app meant that if needed we could top up the parking. There are 5 section, with the first section being the training section. All of them were challenging but achievable at the same time. Really easy booking system and even though it wasn’t cheap at £35pp, it was well worth the experience. Will be back for sure in the future!

It was very busy on Saturday 2nd September and pretty much fully booked up...It was good to get out and about as it was a nice day.Only issue... Due to being so busy we were the last session of the day and it took over 3hours to complete.I would suggest as section 4 is usually very busy due to the jump into the net... That staff should direct waiting participants to do another quieter section. This was the case at moors valley.This section took over an hour if waiting...They did have water at this section so a bonus.There is nothing really else to do but wait. Maybe put some puzzles up to keep entertainment...Or allow participants to go back to quieter sections provided no queue obviously.Section 3 had no one on it and we still needed to wait for section 4 for over an hour.I would suggest going when not fully booked up or try to pick a session before a sold out session.I do believe that for £35 per person there should be something else to keep occupied while waiting.. especially as it was a long wait. Maybe a puzzle/game board... At each section? Or the busy sections?It's something that can remain in place, is a talking point for participants and distracts from a long wait. Just a thought.

We visited today for my son’s 18th birthday present. Two of our party got into some difficulty but the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were so reassuring and didn’t make the people concerned feel they were a bother at all. I was so impressed with how friendly, helpful and generally lovely the staff were. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic area great for my daughter who was 6. I feel like an hour is a little too short, especially during the quieter periods. Great for kids with confidence, if they're a little low on it they'll need an adult with them.

Really fun experience, was my first time and staff were kind and helpful. The course was great fun and challenging! Only thing to note is that toilets are down the track in portaloos at the moment as the park ones are closed. Other than that everything was seamless!
