I have used this company a couple of times now, and found them to be reliable and to offer good service and advice on any door or window related issues. I’ve had problems with Door handles, locks, misted units, misalignment, ventilation and water ingress, Sasch has resolved all of these at the agreed time and to an agreed (reasonable) cost.Cannot recommend more highly.

Arrived spot on time. My problem was an ill fitting patio door. Apologies did not get his name. He examined the door explained the problem and said he could fix it there and then despite it being 5pm and he had just driven back from Carlisle. Fixed it in an hour and kept me fully informed all the way through. Excellent job at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly pleasant and engaging. Highly recommended

Very responsive to messages, turned up on time and really friendly. Promptly repaired two windows which had broken locks/mechanisms, one of which we thought was beyond repair. Very happy to recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! Honest, reliable and efficient. We needed new windows and doors after a house fire and Sascha and Dave were incredibly understanding. Brilliant communication from start to finish and we can't recommend them highly enough. Support local business and be sure to mention them to friends and family. The large corporations simply don't offer the personal touch that Sascha and Dave do. First class!

Sascha & team came to repair my front door which was coming away from the wall and we were struggling to close. Extremely professional and knowledgable and very friendly which really does make such a different. I would absolutely use Sascha again should I need him. A truly excellent service.
