Colm responded to our enquiry very quickly and did an excellent job of introducing us to the Retrofit process. We started with a zoom meeting and a week later he came over for a site visit, on which he spotted a number of opportunities for reducing our energy use immediately as well as for setting up a longer term programme to make sure that the investments we make are based on proper measurements rather than on guesstimates or supplier assumptions. Its the best way of getting to a reliable result and avoiding the disappointments that have bugged many eco-investments.

He made realistic well argued suggestions, prioritising them in order of easiness and effectiveness and we have already implemented the simplest. A helpful, confident, friendly individual.
