Worst burger king I've ever been to.Stone cold burgers, soggy fries, no beverages to choose from, long waiting time. And the staff seemed completely dead inside.Can't recommend.

The service was atrocious. The staff largely unhelpful and unsympathetic. I ordered a couple of meals and Dan and Olga took the order, charged me then ignored me for 15mins. Meanwhile serving everyone else that came through. When I asked where our food was Olga asked what I had ordered, claiming everything was being done in order. It was not. They were not apologetic. And rude, while using polite words. Unbelievable!

I actually bought a sandwich from M&S. No choice for those looking for gluten free. All their salads had pasta. No staff. Self checkout.

Ok. Nothing to write home about!I do wish they would bring back The spicy bean burger, it was the most tastiest choice for me personally!Lovely young girl serving on her own.I ordered from automatic screen & a considerable wait. Worth it for freshness & taste! Good value!

Absolutely dreadful experience, the person at the counter has no sense of customer service as he immediately started off with asking us to order at the self serving screens before I got to ask a question. Just shows a large lack of empathy or willingness to help. To round things off, when receiving our order, the cheese slices in my burger were completely cold and the burger itself was lukewarm. Prices are outrageous too as you cannot use the app. AVOID!

Sooooo slow: nothing but hot drinks on the touch screen ordering. Burgers just sat in the warmer and no one served. They just chatted. Fast food? Not. Food was cold. £6.99 for a burger…

Worst Burger King I have visited .I received the wrong order and when I complained the manager approached with a very bad attitude.When I asked his name he refused to give it to me so I took a photo.He then verbally abused me and actually chased me out of the building and tried to assault me!!!He was only stopped by a WHSmith employee.Could not believe this could happen.Definitely avoid this place.
