Having not been to the dentist for a long time (absolutely terrifies me and I'd moved areas!), I really wasn't looking forward to my check up at Aurora.I needn't have worried, as everyone was lovely. The receptionists are very good, happy, helpful and friendly.I saw Amro for my initial consultation and he put me at ease straight away. Everything was clearly and well explained and Amro was patient. I needed one filling and needn't have been so stressed about it - I've had more stressful supermarket trips!Would 100% recommend, coming from someone who's put this off for years! A lovely, modern and clean surgery.

Lovely dentist, receptionists very friendly and helpful, nice environment and dentist is very skilled and friendly too. He explains carefully and patiently what he is going to do, offers choice and is receptive to his patients needs. He is very skilled and the equipment he works with is really up to date and impressive!

Forgot to mention how good the dental hygienist Lauren was when I had an appointment in Chippenham a few months ago. Me and many other friends have strongly recommended her and have said how caring, kind, and respectful person she was

Aurora have a customer satisfaction focused brand promise and they truly live up to it.I joined Aurora last year and have had nothing but amazing service from the Devizes and Chippenham practices.After being an NHS patient for many years, it was finally time to find a new dentist after moving out of catchment. I really liked how Aurora's brand was presented, how easy it was for a new customer to register and book online. Plus they have several practices which would be useful if I moved within Wiltshire.It was a bit of an overhaul when it came to the hygienist work as it had been a fair while, plus my NHS guys were not very vigilant nor helped guide. After this I then signed up a member for regular ongoing appointments. All my appointments felt relaxed, like you weren’t being rushed out of the chair for the next patient and no shaming when it came to relearning how to manage my oral health.Once my gums were back in good nick, it was time to work out a solution to fix my two front teeth which had long-standing markings on them. There was a new chemical treatment which we thought might do the job to level out the colour but unfortunately due to the deep rooted nature of the stains, it left me with no markings but darker base colour as my stains were actually the whiter bits. This resulted in the teeth looking more out of place than before and after speaking to the very lovely managers on the team, they recommended Dr Carl had a look to make some recommendations. After some great mock-ups, we went with composite veneers and I’ve never looked back. I’m going to invest in the two veneers either side which will leave me with a smile better than I could have ever imagined!I’m truly very grateful to the team who helped me get the finished result I was hoping for, Dr Carl, Sam, Charlotte, the nurses and the reception team. They have all been such a friendly, fantastic team and have been very patient with me.

Superb Practice, staff have the passion to do well for every patient that I’ve seen come into the reception. The dentists are very experienced in what they do and care about your well-being , I’ve been to practice 4 times and the level of service is consistently brilliant

I found Aurora Dental Clinic when searching for a dental practice who specialise in sedation dentistry as I have severe anxiety issues. Having had some traumatic past experiences with previous dentists elsewhere, I have become almost phobic of needing dental treatment. I was assigned Dr Carl Lazzari for my dental treatment which I was terrified of having done. After my first appointment with him for the check up I felt like I could trust him to do the work needed as he is very personable and has a gentle demeaner which really helps when you have dental anxiety! Having had dental work performed by him, I can honestly say that it was the most positive dental experience that I have had since I opted for sedation and it went painlessly and smoothly where I felt zero pain and I had no discomfort the entire duration. The time also seemed to fly by. I will definitely be seeing Dr Carl Lazzari again for dental work and check ups as I trust him and he seems to me to be the best dentist there is and it is extremely difficult to find a not only good one but one who cares about their patients wellbeing. I am impressed.
