I wish I saw the reviews before placing an order. I received a faulty baby gate and they don’t want to exchange it. I now requested a collection and refund and still waiting. It’s been weeks. Very poor communication. Awful customer service. Avoid by all means.

Terrible customer service! Waiting for a replacement baby monitor for 6 weeks! And still wating! They keep making excuses saying we are waiting for a response from the manufacturer. 6 weeks for a response? They refuse to refund me or send a replacement. AVOID

After waiting over a month for my draws I cancelled the order and had to chase for my refund. They sell you items when they dont know if the supplier has them in stock.

Same problem as previous customer sell you something that they don't know if they are getting in. Sold as pre order, so I assumed they would be getting it in soon.
