This place has remained practically unchanged since the 1960s and has been a family business for 58 years. It's probably the oldest business in Beauchamp Place. Definitely worth a visit for the experience. Traditional Russian music, cosy atmosphere, elevated Russian cuisine, friendly and attentive staff, delicious honey vodka!

As a Filipino I had never tried Russian cuisine before visiting the Borshtch’n’Tears, and had a great time. The food was delicious and portion size was generous - atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. Tasty Russian dishes with high quality drinks available, I specifically recommend the honey infused vodka, piroshkis and honey cake!Amazing experience, will definitely be returning!

Lovely Ukrainian & Russian food. Highly recommended. Have not tried better in London so far. Shisha was the bomb.

Lovely place, tasty food. We were not expecting live music but it was a nice addition. Service great as well - we did not have a reservation, but they still found us a table as soon as one freed up!

We visited this restaurant today, it's nice to be in a place where everyone speak our native language.The price is a high, for example, I would like the cutlets to be served with a side dish, like mashed potatoes (and did not have to order separately, for the price that two cutlets cost) as well as food, not the most delicious and quality, but not so bad!Nice, but don’t have desire to visit again!Хачапури тонкий, гречка разваренная, голубцы очень жирные и не свежиеВкус еды и качество как в школьной столовой.

Had a lovely family dinner here. Very authentic food' great presentation. Really nailed the plov. Had both the lamb and mushroom manti as well, my palate is satisfied. The only pity is that we couldn't try more things on the menu because I am sure they will be delicious as well. Service staff were very courteous and patient. This is coming from a politically neutral stance. No prejudice.
