I took a watch strap to have a pin replaced and asked him to check the other pin as well and replace if needed and I told him I was happy to pay for both.I left it with him and returned 20 minutes later. He told me the second pin was fine and did not need replacement, so just charged me for the one he replaced.That’s what I call honesty and integrity.Will definitely use again.Thanks

Communication great. Exchange prices better than average. No pressure. Polite and thorough. Dealt with Paul in Wigan and Dominic at the Trafford Centre. No issues and trustworthy. Would recommend based on my experience.

Great service from these guys, took my Tag Calibre 16 in, it needed a service, repair and a new pusher, it hadn’t worked for years. I thought the price was very reasonable as I’d opened the case after water got in and 3 tiny parts fell out. Since the service is around £400 and they quoted me £559 for a service and repair and new pusher I was more than pleased. I paid another £160 for the case and strap polishing and cleaning. It’s like a brand new watch again. Bargain. They also said it would be 4-6 weeks to repair and I got it back in 3. Faultless. Highly recommended.

My daughter bought me a watch for my first ever fathers day, almost 16 years ago. The face over the years had steamed up, the strap was in need of a change and it needed some general TLC. Watches by timepiece today addressed the problems and gave me back my watch that now looks like new, I couldn't be happier!! Thank you so much, a great service.
