Barchester - Cherry Blossom Manor Care Home

I work in many care homes across the South and find Barchester in general to be very good but there are some that stand out like Cherry blossom.The home is exceptionally clean and the staff are always happy and laughing which is reflected in the level of care the residents receive.I look forward to my return.James BosherPrism medical

Having been a Resident for a few years, I can honestly say that I have been Happy and Grateful to live in a home with wonderful staff, who remain cheerful and comforting in good and difficult times. I am blessed to have a wonderful room that has windows, and a door leading out to our beautiful bird garden, which I can relax and enjoy the sounds of nature at its best.I am also blessed that my children are secure in the knowledge that I am well looked after.Cherry Blossom Manor is a home that meets all my needs, socially, physically, emotionally, and sensually.

I have been coming to this care home to provide activities. It is always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The residents are always happy and there always seems to be lots of activities to keep them entertained.

Cherry Blossom is possibly one of the best residential homes I've had the pleasure of being welcomed to. The team are both engaged, warm but most of all caring. The residents here are genuinely engaged with in a positive way - and it feels like a home.What a wonderful place for the residents to live.

Visited whilst on work placement: The staff were extremely approachable and friendly, furthermore the facilities were impeccable. The home is always happy and the residents were frequently smiling whilst conversing with the wonderful management team. The level of care provided in the home was excellent! Both the staff and the residents' kindness resonated with me even after my placement. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who took care of me whilst on placement, and the lovely residents.

Started working here in the last few months looking after residents footcare needs. The management and staff team seem to have all the residents best interests at heart. Well organised, well presented, friendly environment. Looking forward to my return visit.

Linnies Fashions LimitedVisited the home today and hosted a clothes party. We were very welcomed by the lovely staff there and had a wonderful afternoon watching the staff bring down residents and help them choose items of clothing. The home is very professionally run and we are looking forwards coming back to host a spring clothes party. See you all soon girls, thank you for making us feel welcome at Cherry Blossom Manor . Went to their fete yesterday 30th July.. all the residents were having a lovely time in the sunshine..could have done with more support from public, but feel not enough advertising on the roads around. Fab food and fre.

After my Nan, May, was diagnosed with dementia we decided that Cherry Blossom was the right place for her to receive the care and attention she needed. As a family we could not be more happy with the way they cared for May. She was ever so happy there and the support she received was nothing short of first class. All of the staff were wonderful, professional and a pleasure to be around. Even making May cups of tea every five minutes when she asked. Good food and entertainment to keep the residents happy. I recommend this care home 100%. Thank you again all at cherry blossom for taking care of my Nan.
