Massive thanks to Ibrahim & everyone at Nouvo Rugs - found them on Facebook Marketplace & visited their shop in Gorgie - which is a treasure trove of beautiful pre-loved rugs & carpets. Went in for a hall runner (we got to take some away to try fro size) and emerged with the most beautiful, intricate rug for the front room. Ibrahim brought it to the house, gave great advice and I couldn't be happier. Thoroughly recommend the service and the quality. Thank you !

Amazing experience working with Ibrahim to find a rug perfect for our flat. He has a great selection of rugs in many sizes, patterns and colours and he encouraged us to try them in our flat with no pushy sales techniques and is a genuinely nice person who clearly has a passion for what he does, and is flexible to work with (he came in to open the store especially for us on multiple occasions during lockdown). The rug we decided on (after 3 goes) is perfect for our space, in excellent condition, vibrant colours and thick pile underfoot. We would have no hesitation in using Nouvo Rugs again and have already recommended to some friends and family. 5 star service, thank you again Ibrahim!

What an excellent shop. From start to finish the experience with Nouvo Rugs was so easy. Mr Ibrahim who personally delivered the rug was so friendly & he took the time to explain all about the rugs origins. The rug was packaged as such when I opened it up it just rolled out on the floor ready for use. I would highly recommend this shop & I will definitely be back for more.

I'd like to start by thanking Nouvo Rugs for a fabulous rug! There was a grotty, threadbare excuse of a rug underneath the dining table - and now there is a beautiful, vibrant rug that looks great with the furniture, enhances the room and makes it feel more snug and homely. Ibrahim was also a lovely chap to deal with (& knows his rugs), despatch was prompt & the rug was excellent value - yayyy!!!

This was quite possibly the best customer service experience I might have ever had buying online - this is what happens when people actually talk and one is being treated as an individual; in the process of purchasing, I was advised on whether or not get a rug gripper (without feeling actually pressured to buy more). I made an error supplying a wrong postcode when buying and this was dealt quickly and in a rather light-hearted manner! Basically, it all felt like I was speaking to someone very kind.The rug arrived overnight, which was a surprise - I thought it'd be 2 or 3 working days. Very high quality, very well packed and even better in reality than in the picture. I am very satisfied. Not only that, since I need to buy 2 more rugs for another part of the same room and one for another, I am told I can request another from the same collection - the support thus continues.Frankly, I don't think 5 stars is quite enough. This is definitely not the last time I'll be purchasing from Nouvo Rugs. Thanks so much!

I bought a beautiful rug from Nouvo rugs. There is a wide selection of beautiful products. Ibrahim is a friendly helpful person who delivered excellent customer care. Highly recommended. Buy your rugs here!My new rug didn’t fit the space when I got it home which was my fault entirely for not measuring the space! After contacting Ibrahim, I was able to swap for an equally lovely rug and little matching rug which fit perfectly. I don’t think I’ve ever had such excellent service. Ibrahim can’t do enough for you to ensure you have made the right decision. A very honest and ethical business. Preowned rugs are lovely and very reasonably priced. I believe Ibrahim offers a personal shopping experience too. A satisfied customer again!
