From the beginning the sales representative Michael was friendly, but not pushy, knowledgeable and seemed keen to go the extra mile". We bought a car from them and picked it up 5 days later. Well worth the wait. The car was immaculate. He had fully valeted it and the engine had been cleaned to factory standard! He explained how he had been thorough with a toothbrush in areas!! Fabulous & friendly service.Had a problem with our VW Golf whilst on holiday this week & have to say nothing was too much trouble arranging a diagnostic check as the engine management light had come on, they checked it and erased.all the fault codes.If only all independent garages were this good!Thanks Mike & team

Visited based on the reviews we had read, they did not disappoint. Excellent service from start to end, knowledgeable, keen, friendly, but definitely not pushy. Had the car a couple of months now, no issues very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed as was recommended to me. Took the car three times to them with the same issue, wasn't found or fixed. Took to another garage, oil leak found within minutes, owner offered me my money back, however this hasn't happened.

Friendly yet professional service is provided by all involvrd in this company from the proprietor, through the sales and service advisor to the mechanics. They will go 'the extra mile' if you have a problem and provide ecxcellent service.The cars on sale are always well prepared and sensibly priced.Overall and excellent company which I would recommend unreservedly.
