After over 40 years at the same address we decided to move and chose Vale Removals Cardiff. We are so glad we did. The removal team were brilliant and worked as a team should, together, smoothly, efficiently and very professionally. Our belongings were packed away safely and arrived at our new address intact and placed where we instructed. Everything was done with a smile and made our moving day a lot less stressful than we expected. Thank you Vale Removals. We would definitely recommend you. A very well deserved five stars.

The office was very responsive in the run up to the move and the team that came to move us was friendly and professional. Excellent value for money!

The guys that moved us from Cardiff to West Wales were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and quick packing the vans.They were the same at the new house, they asked where we wanted boxes to go.We can highly recommend this company and we would use them again and again and again.

Our move went really smoothly thanks to the guys at Vale. They were packed up within three hours and we were unpacked within two. The doors were protected, floors covered, upholstered furniture was put into specialised protective bags, and the guys were very careful and coordinated so as not to damage our furniture or either house. The lads were courtious and professional and at no time did we feel rushed. Would 100% recommend on quality of service and value for money.

So pleased to have the opportunity of leaving a review as our experience could not have been better. The process was excellent from the on line booking, the high quality packing materials, for which we got a discount, all the way to the actual move. They guys were so helpful and professional. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and they were prepared to stay until we were happy everything was OK. We will definitely use Vale Removals when we move again in January.
