Harman Heating

I’ve used Bryan for a couple of things and have to say that he’s good when he turns up however you do need to repeatedly ask for a specific time and date. However, now it’s 2 no shows. Once a couple years ago that I just put down to bing busy and one very recently. Sadly this is consistent with the other reviews. Avoid.

Very unreliable and unprofessional. Twice they didn't turn up, leaving my tenant, who had booked time off so that they could admit them to the property, waiting . Despite me contacting them several times unsuccessfully and leaving messages, Mr Harman didn't even have the decency to get back to me or to cancel the job. Do not book him!

Out of the 5 times I booked Bryan, for work ranging from providing gas certificate, disconnecting an oven and a toilet repair, he's no showed 3 times. Perhaps my own fault for trusting him a second and third time. I'll never be using him again.

Called twice, followed up with 3 messages over a period of two weeks.Despite confirming availability on the phone, and asked to follow up via text I was then ghosted. Why bother? If you're not available just say so rather than wasting others time

1 month ago i used Harman heating to service my boiler which at the time had an L2 error. The engineer cleaned the boiler and told me if the error shows again to contact him. One month later my boiler stopped working with the same message showing as before. I contacted on Wednesday morning same engineer and told me he will come on Friday to fix it. Friday came and no sign of the engineer, he didnt even responded to my messages and left me hanging for 3 days without heating or hot water. Completely unprofessional, at least if he couldn't make it he should had contacted me as i had to take off from work and wait for him the entire day. Now i have contacted another engineer who will come on Monday to fix the issue.

We had a boiler service done by Bryan in February. At this time I mentioned about the two radiators in the living room that have not been working properly since we bought the property. One of them was not working and the other one was only heating at the bottom. Some other radiators were not working properly all the time. Bryan suggested to perform a power flush on all radiators. He bought the machine and It was done today. The result was amazing both radiators are very hot and the house itself is very warm. Definitely will save money on electricity bill by not using the electric fire in the living room. Thanks Harman Heating. They tidy up the whole place after the work and were very friendly and polite. Bryan is very experienced and honest. I definitely recommend Harman Heating.

No show two times. You set a time and date with him and he simply doesn’t show up

Having moved into our house in 2014, we spent the first three winters freezing due to the poor performance of the central heating. During that time, three heating engineering companies informed us that the system was too small for the house. Purely by chance, I mentioned the problem to Bryan Harman, who was doing some work for our builder at the house.He diagnosed the problem as being down to the valve controls and the system requiring flushing. Following a half day's work by Harmans, all of our rooms, including both freezing bathrooms are now super warm. Many thanks to Harmans.
