Had a great conversation with Ronnie about my set up and what would be best for my amp/speaker combo and the guys were amazing at getting me a Rega Apollo CD player in only a few days… and they were so right - it sounds ace with the Rega Brio amp and B/W 602 S2 speakers!

A complete overhaul of my father's 1978 Rega Planar 3. New motor, belt, cartridge, and after hearing a nasty hum... the old tonearm was replaced with a superb sounding new version. I hope it is still playing this good in 45 years time! Great service, very knowledgeable and looked after my family heirloom very carefully. Thank you!

Bought my first turntable and phono pre amp from Ronnie a few months back and he was a massive help. More recently I emailed to ask about potentially upgrading my cartridge. He called me the next day discussing options and what could be done. I bought a new cartridge from him and he installed it for me with no extra charge. Really great guy and extremely helpful!

Called to have my Linn Axis booked in with Ronnie earlier in the week for this Saturday, such a nice and really helpful guy, he not only fixed my Akito arm but then checked everything else on the deck, he greased, oiled and made sure everything was running as it should. I now have a few more years use on top of the 25+ I’ve already had. Thanks fella!

Dropped in for a replacement stylus for my Technics SL-1500C and received first class service from Ronnie and also upgraded to a quality phono stage. Took my turntable to the shop later in the day and Ronnie fitted the new cartridge and stylus with the upmost professional attention. High quality service all round!!.....many thanks!!

Excellent service from Ronnie at The Sound Gallery, I came in with a limited idea of what I needed, a record deck to go into an existing Roberts Stereo, Ronnie guided me on the best turntable to choose, plus a booster box, that I wouldn’t have known about, to get it all to work. Set it up so we could listen, excellent service, knowledgeable, informative and not at all pushy. Great products and great service.
