This team deserves the highest praise and feedback. We first asked Sean to quote and install back in summer of 2018. He and his colleague were prompt, courteous, honest, friendly, on time, trustworthy and worked to an incredibly high standard. Sean puts himself in the owners mindset and treated our job as if it were his own property. We debated a choice of units and Sean gave honest recommendations using trusted suppliers. The job was completed on time, on budget and with zero mess left. We liked his work so much we have had sub-zero back again this year having just completed the last phase of our work. Sean worked with us and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the install before signing off. During both installations, it would be fair to say that Sean went above and beyond what would normally be expected of a visiting tradesperson. I cannot recommend this team enough and considering all of the various individuals we have undertake different projects each year at our property, he would have won an award from us for being the best tradesperson, two years running! Fantastic service from Sean, he turned up on time, was up front about costs, tidied any mess he made, and even applied finishing touches at the end of the job (like sealant around the piping) so the unit looked right at home. He was knowledgeable about the electrical side of things which proved handy when he needed to work out the power supply to the unit, and was very friendly and easy to get on with for the duration of his work. The air con unit he's installed seems very easy to use and both the inner/outer components are working well with minimal noise. All round great tradesman, would highly recommend.

Sean installed three external and six internal units for us in November. From initial site visit & quote to completion took only two weeks. No dramas, and the finishing was immaculate. System is working very well, and we’ve had some pretty low temps to deal with recently.Would happily recommend SubZero.

Really impressed with the air conditioning that has been installed at our business premises and for a very reasonable price. Sean is very knowledgeable, friendly and his work is first class. I had 2 air conditioning units intalled with SubZero and I cannot praise them enough. Everything from quote to installation has been done in a timely and polite manner and I appreciated their professionalism.
