This place is a place of peaceful community with like minded people For training in martial arts. Highly recommend it And the cafe is brilliant

The Sanctuary
Peaceful and relaxing cafe with outdoor seating, beside Torr Park in Eastham. I got a lovely sausage bap and cappuccino and passed the afternoon here. The cafe is in part of Torr Hall. There's an emporium and you can practice healing arts and martial arts at the hall. It was a pleasant surprise to find this cafe and it's a bonus to be beside a park with a children's play area, outside gym and tennis courts.
