Rainbow Organic Chocolates
Just finished the most amazing dark orange chocolate cake.Great ingredients; so fresh; restrained use of sugar, nothing fake or artificial. Every care taken with each ingredients- perfect flavour strengths and combinations. Makes other artisan chocolates seem mundane. Spot on palate. Always something new to try. Very good value considering ingredients.

Fabulous shop, tucked away in the Open Market, close to the Level. The people who run it, really go above and beyond.I arrived here on a hot day and it was the perfect place to sit and have one of their delicious drinks.My iced coffee was beautifully presented and just what I needed.The organic chocolate looks so tempting and the place smells amazing, just the thing for a treat and a great place to get that special gift.I'll be making a return trip very soon.

Was in Brighton for a day trip and popped in to have a look - great decision as the owner is really lovely and the handmade chocolates delicious! Would definitely come again the next time we're in Brighton. Highly recommend :)

Rainbow Organic Chocolates
Totally amazing. Love this place and the owner/chocolatier is so friendly and engaging. Really special handmade organic (and some vegan) chocolates. Great for gifts or for savouring alone...I think they'd be difficult to share. The rich, velvety hot chocolate is to die for.
